The Tragedy
A vacationing couple was travelling up a mountain on their way to a summer
resort in Tagaytay when a front tire of their sedan blew up. The car fell into
the deep shoulder of the highway, and became immobilized.
Although badly shaken, the couple were not hurt, or wounded. The man got
out of the car and tried his cell phone to call for help but they were on a dead
zone - the phone had no signal.
"No one will see us here from up the road so I must go look for help. Wait for
me inside until I come back. Lock the doors and close the windows," the
man told the woman.
The woman promised to do as told. After sometime, the man returned with
some Barangay people. The car doors were locked, the windows were
closed, and there was no sign of forced entry but they saw a silhouette of a
bloodied male person inside the car. Soon, they found the woman bloodied
and lifeless inside the car.
The man was terrified at what he saw. He stood motionless in shock while
the Barangay people surrounded the bloodied male in the car and took him
away in a hurry.
