The driver's license
A woman wants to apply for a replacement driver's license because she
thinks her photo doesn't look nice on her driver's license now.
She wants to go to the government vehicle agency tomorrow but when a
relative told her that the fee for a new license has gone up, she changed her
mind.
"I'll just wait until my birthday next year when my license will expire so I can
save some money," she thought.
The woman is only 23 years old today but on her birthday next year she will
be 25 years old. How come?
